Thinking. In the box.

Today I've been 'in my box'. I'm tired, cranky and sick of getting snacks for children, so I'm pretending they don't exist and am letting my lovely hubby answer the calls.

It's ok to be in the box for a day or so. It might be a need for privacy and solitude. When I was a kid at boarding school I used to look for quiet hiding places to sit for half an hour or so. Under the bed was one, but I also snuck up to the attic and found my way through roof rafters to where all the trunks were stored.

Tomorrow I'll be back out of the box.
