AFL boy

A Victorian dad here in our village has started AFL practice for the little boys on Saturdays. Bright Eyes has been three times. It's ideal for him for several reasons: they don't play games yet so it's not high pressure, it's local and we don't have to travel, and it is with all the kids Bright Eyes likes from school. The first week he had two meltdowns, but the stress has reduced so that he has lasted happily for nearly the full hour the third time. PLUS, to his great excitement, he was given an AFL jersey last week, which he didn't take off for the whole weekend.
