Yes, I like craft.

Crafts I've been into, mostly in a pathetically small sort of way: paper making, tapestry, knitting, quilting, felting, sewing clothes, sketching, illustrating, upholstery, furniture restoration, carpentry. My brother says I am susceptible to fads. I prefer to think of it as having a well-rounded life.

I've just finished building and decorating a dollshouse which I purchased as a kit from Kangaroo Valley Woodcrafts. Here's the finished product.

I currently have a couple of quilts on the go, having just been given the biggest fabric stash in the known universe. Here are some of my quilting efforts from past years.

Making. Things on the go

Making: still finishing the log cabin for the guest room. I've decided to tie it rather than hand quilt.

Progressing: two scrappy cushion covers for a red couch in our family room.

Planning: A bed quilt for AP and my bed - blues and browns and lots of bits in a geometric tesselation.
