Autism. Bright Eyes gets an award at school

Bright Eyes has had a much better week. He's back to his sweet self for the most part. And he's been relatively calm at school. In fact, so much so that he's earned enough 'Wild Cards' and 'Credits' to receive his first 'Platypus' award in assembly.

 Here he is, shaking hands with his temporary teacher, very proud. As he sat down, he turned around to look for me at the back of the room. When he found me, he waved and held up his award for me to see. I gave him a grin and a big thumbs up. Yeah!
